1. Initial Meeting
Will Redline Homes be the right builder for you? This meeting is to get to know each other and discover just that!
2. Design Phase
Meet with an architect. You may choose your own or use one that we work closely with.
3. Construction Contract
When you are completely happy with your home’s layout and design, it is time to review the construction contract. With each project being unique, the construction contract will be created specifically for your needs and desires.
4. Permitting Process
The moment a construction contract is signed, we will begin submitting all drawings and forms for governmental approval. Permit issuance periods vary, dependent on each projects’ requirements.
5. Design Selection
While your permits are underway, you will be having fun choosing all of the finish options! Exterior & interior paint/stain colors, plumbing fixtures, appliances, flooring, decorative lighting, hardware, & etc… We are here to guide and help you through the entire process.
6. Construction
Now it is time to see your dream home, your vision, become a reality!
7. Final Walk-Thru
We will complete a thorough walk-thru with you of your new home. This is when we will address and make a “punch list” of any last minute touch-ups & adjustments that need to be made.
